Tuesday May 28th was one of the best days to be a pupil of Belgrove Junior Boys’ School for it was on this day that we celebrated the arts in the school with our well-established Art Day!
Ms. Kate Martin and team have been busy for some time now recruiting ceramic artists to work with the boys across all classes to produce amazing works to an agreed theme. Then there are all the parents – and a few staff!- who paint faces and arms with a wide array of football crests, scary faces and characters from science fiction!
Then there was Johnny the Juggler who returned to us again this year to a rapturous reception….. especially when he moved from balls to fire and sharp implements!!
