The boys in Ms. Daly’s class have started
The Culture Club!
We want to learn about the culture of different places in the world- music, sports, food, language and lots of other things.
We made friends with children in a school in Cambodia. We write e-mails to each other, sharing lots of facts about life for them in Cambodia and life for us in Ireland. It is really interesting. There are lots of differences- they like to eat fried spiders! There are lots of similarities too- they like to collect football cards just like we do!
We even see them and chat once a week when it is ten o’ clock in the morning here and 6 o’ clock in the evening for them!!
