Some information on upcoming events and initiatives

• David Day is starting his drumming season with the boys tomorrow. He will be operating in Pre-fab 1.

• West Midlands Theatre Company are in on Monday next with ‘George and the Dragon’

• The boys and girls who received their First Holy Communion in St. Gabriel’s (Ms. O’ Grady’s, Ms. McCaughey’s and Ms. Rowley’s classes) will be having Mass with the parishioners  on next Tuesday 21st at 10. Uniforms should be worn on that day.

• national surveys reveal shocking statistics in respect of how little exercise our children are getting. To improve the situation, the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists have initiated a programme entitled ‘Move for Health 2013’. • If there is  interest, Joanne is very  happy to come meet with people/ answer questions etc
  regarding exercise  or activity.

Your prayers are asked for the family of Philip Gates who died tragically a fortnight ago. Phillip’s mother is Grainne who has worked as one of our cleaning staff for many years.
